4 Roads are a digital agency that creates bespoke and up-to-date digital solutions for various clients in order to improve the customer experience. With over 10 years experience, they have become experts in the technological field.

Our brief

4 Roads main aim was to move their business forward and take it to a target revenue of £1million. Although they had already grown to a good size with their own strategies, 4 Roads were focused on on unlocking more growth.

How we solved the problem

  1. We took 4 Roads through the Value Proposition framework, with the aim of identifying their true value and which territory they could own.

  2. 4Roads had spent 15 years dealing with Intelligent Self-Serve communities and solutions, but didn’t own the space.

  3. We took time to understand the DNA of 4 Roads as a business, who they are, who they aren’t, and what problems they needed to solve to own the space that they wanted to.

  4. This meant taking time to go through market challenges, sales themes and enablers, and producing an updated version of their value proposition and positioning statement.

Outcomes and solutions

4 Roads have grown exponentially over the past five years, reaching the £1million revenue target they had set themselves.

After going back to basics and understanding the value proposition and reimagining the positioning statement, we were able to get 4 Roads to a point of owning the Intelligent Self-Serve space and positioning them as experts.
